Service and client support
We are continually monitoring guidance on travel and working practices to protect the wellbeing of our staff and customers. Currently there is no change to Saniclad’s business operations and all orders / scheduled work will proceed as normal until such time as we receive contrary advice from Public Health England and/or similar authorities. Should this situation change, in line with responsibilities to staff, customers and wider community Saniclad will take all precautions necessary and will make every effort to utilise technologies available to ensure business continuity.
Existing meetings and work schedule arrangements
At this stage we will not be taking action to cancel existing meetings or restrict our installation teams travel. We will however heed professional advice and fully communicate with customers should our operations schedules be forced to change.
We will provide further updates by email should our operational situation change and continue to liaise with industry partners such as suppliers and couriers, but at this time we do not anticipate any immediate disruption to service delivery or support.
In the event we need to close the office at short notice, full updates will be provided and email / telephone will operate as normal.
